HEAT (yoga)

We are thrilled to have Infrared heated YOGA studios now at both locations.

Our custom designed rooms utilize Infrared heat which directly hits the body and deeply penetrates the skin rather than the room. Our instructors are highly trained with deep knowledge of the body, alignment and the yoga method.

RIDE

A thrilling, effective and fat-burning cycling class led by inspirational instructors with beat-driven choreography involving the entire body. Each ride burns over 500+ calories per class while working the core and upper body using weights.

How to Prep for your first ride.

PILATES

Pilates Reformer classes are available for beginner, multi-level, intermediate & advanced levels. Each exercise emphasizes breath, core conditioning, and body awareness. This full body workout will strengthen your deepest abdominal muscles while sculpting your legs, arms & back.

BOUNCE

Our newest program BOUNCE trampoline cardio classes deliver full-body cardio and muscle sculpting. Low impact, high-intensity cardio using mini rebounders. We mix in sculpt segments using ankle weights, hand weights, bands and other props to create strength in the body. Benefits include improved digestion, improved muscle tone, boosts lymphatic drainage, twice as effective as running and increased fat loss.

BOX

This high-intensity interval training workout sculpts your body and burns calories like nothing you’ve experienced before. Your trainer will lead you through explosive boxing rounds where you’ll deliver jab, cross, hook and uppercut combinations, working your entire body on 100-pound heavy bags.

BOSU

Bosu blends together intense fat burning cardio segments with muscle toning segments. The cardio segments are choreographed, high-intensity and non-stop flow so you maximize calorie burning. The sculpt segment will strengthen, tone, and elongate your muscles.
